Packing Problems

Just asked Kash to pack his stuff to go to Grandma Traders house. This is what I walked into.

Last day of school

Last day of school! Kash had a party at Riverviews Splash pad. Braily won best dressed in her class! Which is so funny because all year I have tried convincing her to wear something other than dresses and dressy shoes to school. She constantly told me she has a different style than me. I guess so! Best dressed is deffinately not an award I would ever get!

New Floors

We have been planning on redoing our floors, we just didn't know when we would do it. Saturday morning we figured we would just start moving furniture and start cleaning things up. Well it turned into this. After pulling out the carpet we moved to the kitchen where under the wood laminate we found linoleum. Looks like we will be scraping up floors for the next week! Excited to get it done though!

Preschool Performance

Kash had his end of the year performance. They sang a few songs and  did a play. He has really loved his preschool. His teachers are so good and he has learned so much. These are two of his best friends at school.

First Trampoline Accident

The kids beg Shane to jump them on the tramp after work. I knew one of these times it was going to go wrong. This is a cleaned up picture. Shane lowered the basketball hoop and Kash jumped right into it. Shane carried him in with blood running down his face. Took a chunk out of his head but luckily it looked way worse than it really was.

Happy Mothers Day!

Coke was working all night on my Mothers Day present. Using his artistic ability to paint me an amazing mural in the grass. Thank you Coke! Ok.....So somehow we missed the back door being left open and Coke had free range to the back bedroom, that was a complete disaster in the first place. Best night of his life I am sure.

Mothers day was great though. Shane hung a few things I asked him to and didn't spend any money. Braily made me a clay flower holder that hangs and it was beautiful! Kash colored me some pictures and Rowdy.........well he was busy teething. Poor boy needs to push them through! As we were heading home tonight from Lindsey's and our Mothers Day get together, we were all talking and Kash told us to be quiet because Rowdy was trying to go to sleep. He loves his brother so much and always wants to take care of him.



 

Braily's Fieldtrip

Braily went on her big field trip today. David took work off to go with her. She was very worried this morning that she could not find the shirt Shane got for her when he went to Florida. I had no idea why she was freaking out and needed that shirt so bad. She finally explained that it was the brightest shirt she had to attract butterflies. We finally found it and all was well! She said there were a lot of butterfly's that landed on her too!

First in Line

All year long Kash has begged me to be early so he can be first in line. He is funny. Notice those cowboy boots. Yes, he still wears them……with shorts….
