Cuddle Time

Kash and I use to do cuddle time all the time. Since Rowdy has been born I think he has been feeling a little left out, so today he wanted a little time to hang out. He is a pretty cool kid.

Daddy Snuggles

Shane is such a great Dad. He loves to just snuggle and hold Rowdy when he gets home from work and I love watching them interact.

Rules of life.

Always stop when you see sprinklers on at the park! Just don't do what Kash did. 

 

Happy Birthday Max!!

Grandma and Grandpa Trader came into town today to do some temple work so Jenny hopped in the car with them and came to our house for the day! Max worked in the temple this morning as well and it happened to be his birthday. Jenny had the great idea to head to the temple and decorate his Bronco. We stopped by the dollar store and Jenny ran in.....(Don't send Jenny in to the dollar store!....OVERBOARD!) Bronco turned out great though!!

Santa IS Watching

Kid's got a letter from Santa today letting them know that he really is watching them. He did mention that they are at the top of the list this year. Kids were so excited to see and read this!

Grateful for my first child

Sometimes I think Braily is way beyond her years. She is very thoughtful and wants to make people happy. She is also very independent and loves to help me with anything. I was very grateful this morning for those qualities. I was up all night with Rowdy and so tired. I slept in and woke up at 7:45, in panic mode, to find Braily in the kitchen packing her own lunch and getting ready for school. (We have to leave by 8:10) She said she came in and saw Rowdy asleep next to me and knew I needed to sleep. She decided to let me sleep and get ready by herself. She was sent to me as the first child for a reason and I am so grateful for her. I was nothing like her at that age, very scatter brained. (still am!) She impresses and surprises me every day!

Shots

Kash got shots yesterday and he couldn't even walk today. He wanted nothing to do with them yesterday but I promised him he would be ok. Parent fail....

Flashback of Uncle Danny

I was quietly nursing Rowdy, when from the back room I heard Kash, in a very mischievous voice say, "Braily, your going to eat this...." Next I hear the most deathly scream of horror coming from Braily. I have heard that scream many times growing up. The battle between Danny, Tara and cockroaches. Sure enough Kash had a dead cockroach on a sandal. I could not believe he did that!! It runs in his blood! I could not help but laugh at that crazy boy!

First day of Preschool

Kash started preschool at Eisenhower. He was so excited and not even a little nervous.

Last Summer Trip

All us mom's decided to head to the cabin one last time before school starts. Kids had a blast playing. My mom gave me her bedroom so I could have a quiet place for Rowdy. It was pretty exhausting for me but nice to have my sisters and mom there to help with Kash and Braily. They decided the last night to come in with me and watch a movie with just the three of them. I love seeing them all together.

Baby Glasses

                            Walked in and Rowdy had a new pair of glasses thanks to Braily.

First Smiles

                      Rowdy has started smiling. It is so fun to see his personality develop.
